Looking for two mangas!

1) It's either yaoi or shounen-ai. A guy moves back to the countryside or somewhere with his dad. He finds a passage way to the attic through his room. There is a phone where he talks to some other guy on a seemingly different timeline.

2) One of those chinese stories where the younger sister is wronged by the older sister and/or mother. She gets sent in her sister's place to get raped. Instead of some weirdo dude, the dude is a rich man the older sister wants to marry. The girl gets pregnant with twins and the older sister and mom steals a twin to fake a marriage with the dude. The key difference is TWINS. lol I read others like it so forgot this title and wonder if there is any progression. Haha. Probably not knowing these types.
