The anime ended with Yuuri continuing skating, there was no scene in which they got married, the closest one to it is ptobably the scene with the choir before the gpf, they were exchanging rings then (engagement/promise rings)...

As far as I know there aren't any news about season 2... there was supposedly a movie being made.. no idea what happened to that tho...
