Agreed with this! Get pissed off at female characters written by authors because they're meant to be annoying- not because they exist as females.

You have a problem when people sexualise someone of your own gender but it's ok when you do the same to gay men? Just so you know you're no different from the assholes that sexualise women.

They're are some really good het mangas out there with good females and great plot. But forget about that you like two guys making out with each other? ok you do you but hating on heterosexual relationships is the same as being homophobic.

I'm sorry for the long rant but this post pissed me off i literally just fought with a guy because he was using demeaning words for women and i came here to relax since majority of users here are females but apparently it's even worse here.

Guys, I think OP just didn't entirely think through what she/he said. She probably meant that she TENDS to find the female characters in manga annoying, she probably didn't mean she/he hates female characters.

Interesting...I felt bad towards women after getting into yaoi and that was a strange and annoying feeling because I originally always liked them(more than men in general),in my opinion this is a bad side effect of reading only yaoi for some time.A lot of them include a guy who likes another guy because women are no fun and annoying. The things you read have a big effect on your mind and how you see things. And no,it's not ok to hate on a gender,so I recommend you read some non-yaoi stuff that have good female characters.

Most people are responding to the woman thing, but if you specifically are irritated by the fact she finds heterosexual relationships irritating, well... there are lots of reasons she might have. I find heterosexual relationships irritating in fiction (and often in reality) for a whole load of reasons. I have personal reasons. Live and let live.

Yes ok it's something personal i agree and i'm not talking about you but it's weird to diss straight people when you yourself are straight and will be in a het relationship with a guy.

And Yeah maybe i did overreact a little but i'm so done with hating on females. Like i said before i was already upset about some guy talking rubbish and then i came here and i saw this post so i was really upset.

Generally the anime/manga community is really male centric so i consider mangago a safe haven for females to interact so yeah sorry if i went overboard i was just expressing my opinion.
