Maybe because before, Dojin used to tell his parents that he hates omegas and don't want one to be his partner, while his big brother didn't show any sign of liking or disliking them.
The difference is Dojin was set on never finding an omega and he was vocal about it, meanwhile older bro just didn't have one, isn't like he didn't want one differently from Dojin
