I kinda agree to some bits of what ya said but what pisses me off is the part of the fandom that acts like the members are their husband or sth.Like when i spell their name wrong they act like I'm insulting their religion lmao.Ik not every army is like that but the ones who're like that please stfu or i'll rape you

well I agree that bts is overrated and probably overshadow many of those Korean artists who also have talent.

its not like bts doesn't have talent , they r pretty good dancers and singers but their fandom just irks me like seriously there r people who can even go to the extent to worship them lol , idk but making them your idols is just too much.

I mean I like they’re music but I do believe ARMY is scary as hell and BTS is overrated , looking at the fandom is like pouring acid into my eyes. In my opinion (don’t @ me) there are better K-Pop artist out there. I am an ex-ARMY and it was weird. My K-pop faze is over tho so I’m not as cancerous or toxic(I perefer J-POP), I never threatened anyone tho i was more of a ‘fan who binge watched complication vids bought the merch and listened to the music’ I only have a few of they’re songs on my playlist they weren’t catchy enough for my taste. For the music it just sounds the same to me, I thor that’s the reason why I left.It’s just my opinion tho, don’t socially kill me pls(￣∇￣")

I kind of dropped BTS because of the toxic ARMY...
I'm ok with the normal fans, but the toxic, insane ones are honestly the scariest things.
Although I think BTS is a really good group with a lot of talent and experience, I agree that it's pretty overrated...

Hmm well the thing is that in K-pop industry bands come this far because they are talented so yeah their are loads of talented bands in K-pop but the thing about BTS is that they make their songs on their life and experiences its not generic love songs or candy music which makes them different
There so many amazing bands one of my favorite is the rose and it makes me sad because they don't get much recognition but I can't say that BTS overshadowed they came where they are through so much hard work and sweat
And damn I agree they are human dammit not gods don't make them like that and neither are they your husband they have their own lives too

In every fandom, there will be the toxic ones and ones that will baby the members, which is stupid, but since bts is getting popular nowadays, is obvious that many ppl will pay attention to their fandom. I feel like thats why many ppl say that army is like the only toxic fandom but i feel like every group will always have those toxic immature ones aswell. I feel like bts is talented and are unique just like other groups but thats my opinion, its obvious that others will have different views on them.

I think they are overhyped. Their music (or at least their title tracks) are getting more and more generic. Always edm .-. They used to have a specific sound and now they are just meh.
Many Youtubers are fake. They‘d do anything to get views and since bts is so big it’s basically easy money ^^
Many armys are toxic but every fandom has immature members. (Unfortunately, it’s just that armys have the most dumb ones on their „team“)

I agree with you. I was also an army. I liked their initial style and music, it gave off a kind of rebellious youthful feel, but after Blood Tears and Sweat, I feel like there was a massive drop in their music quality and their style went back to the common pretty boy idol group style..so yeah I agree with you.

I agree with some bits of what you said. But about their music, sorry but that was the era before Blood Tears and Sweat. After Blood Tears and Sweeat, their songs were all washy..Fake love is candy music, I don't even know what to call DNA and Idol, those weren't masterpieces, to put it niceley, those two were just ok songs, I saw no sense in them. I mean even the lyrics for Idol couldn't be more childish. Yes they made it through lots of hardships but groups like SEVENTEEN suffered almost if not more hardships and you don't hear them sing sloppy songs like that.

I am sorry if you didn't like it but you should really go look at the explanation behind idol it definitely is not sloppy

Fake love is actually such a beautiful song you need to listen to it without any bias some of the lines in it are so damn beautiful and well it's relatable as hell
About seventeen they are still from a known company pledis has had many artists so no they don't have the same hardships and I am pretty sure they didn't get the ridicule BTS get when they started neither were they broke so yeah there is no actual comparison here

BTS is doing things that no other band has ever been able to do that is relate to so many people, talk about hardships, mental problems, loving oneself, society topics that no band ever came even close to addressing before, other than seo taiji and boys that's why they are so revolutionary and are basically paving the way and artists acknowledge that

I saw this and went to find out more about Seventeen. And yeah, seventeen was broke, dirt broke. Their company was on the brink of bankruptcy, they were the ones who helped Pledis back on her feet. They were self produced. There is actual comparison, they also started from scratch. I did listem to Fake love without bias, Like I said before, I used to stan BTS too and V is still one of mg favourite due to his voice range. Bit yhen everyone has their different opinions I guess.

Hmm I didn't know that their condition was this bad but I still didn't see them getting any hate for that or any backlash for their music
