Just pretend it's an open ending. Sangwoo survived the pillow incident and replaces someone in the hospital. So later hell get out. Maybe bum gets ran over and gets in hospital again and finds Sangwoo! Yay cake!ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

I cried like "wtf seriously?!" When the man gave Bum the box. And even more when he went right away to Sangwoo's house and said he'd like to put the ring on his finger...I was heartbroken （/TДT)/ lol
Well... I wish this chap isn't the end, 'cause if it is i'll just feel like something is missing and it will bother me to death. Ugh.
