He could buy a hearing aid but it really cost a big amount of money.
It depends on how the person became deaf/the damage that was done. A cochlear implant isn't a cure all since it has to meet certain conditions (I'm not entirely sure on the specifics of that, though).
Also I don't think Yohan would want to get his hearing fixed if he was given the opportunity.
