I know it's tough but we can be optimistic here ...for example ,in real life when pedestrian lights turn red ,car lights turn Green after ten seconds.So there is a chance he made it .Koogi doesn't show us he got hit ,she let us free to decide.I thought of that possibility.
So yeah I try to be optimistic anf thought he lives.His life may be miserable at first but with help from seungbae and his friend from high school he may heal his wounds!!

I hated doing this to myself but at the same time I had to read it because everyone else was talking about it. As I read the last chapter, all I kept thinking was, maybe they got to Bum on time? Maybe this isn't a sad story?
Maybe in a way, Bum just died metaphorically?
Perhaps Bae helps him into a healthier happier life? From what we saw, they were coming to save Bum.
Is this just going to leave it at Bae chasing after Bum but doesn't get there on time?
