Yeah it feels so damn good! ,but It is pretty hard to keep on it, actually Next day the sides of your butt and legs hurt like a motherf*cker tho captain-fujoshi
I think it'd be better to switch positions after a while,, specially if you don't work out your legs and lower body it gets sore after. I do a lot of lower body exercise since I injured my left knee and the pain is real!! but i got more resistance.
