I'm very bad at explaining but, our main character- Saegye is a dare. A dare is someone who can tell lies. Of course, they are very rare. Basically, Saegye lives in a world where only the truth can be told, lies are not known to exist. But Jinsol, the class president finds out. And, I guess he makes a deal w/ Saegye. (Not really, but he doesn't turn Saegye.)

Saegye can also find out whether they are a truth if they stick their tongue out, the T represents truth. Which is why he asked Jinsol to stick out his tongue when Jinsol told Saegye he loved him. I think.
