I actually thought he was related as well, maybe a cousin or something, just from the vibe at the beginning. But he wouldn't say 'your mother keeps calling me' if it was also his mum or auntie. I think he's just been the doctor for some years, hence a level of closeness. But still, his behaviour, vagueness and that darned glasses glint has me suspicious! As for the silver omega, honestly I thought he might be secretly alpha at first, before he revealed he knew the omega meds. He's so suspicious!
Maybe it's because I've learned to not trust the fluff to last in these stories that start off pretty lighthearted, but I'm suspecting everyone! The grey-haired omega...hmm what's his deal, must be evil; the doctor..can't see his eyes, must be up to something...
