I thought she acted disgusted because it's her brother, not because he was gay per se. Their relationship earlier on in the manga shows that they're like water and fire. They argue like siblings. She was fine with Fumi being gay so it's not like she was disgusted by homosexuals, she just didn't want Fumi to be stuck with her idiot brother. At least, that's how I saw her character being written into the story.
I agree. I was pretty annoyed when Shunpei came out. Also, she found it disgusting that her brother was the uke, as if it's degrading or something.

I really hate people like Shunpei's sister who supports BL/Yaoi and fantasize homosexuals but in real life suddenly it's disgusting, she should be the first to support her brother since she knows more knowledge about it....anyways her character is realistic
