Op didn't say "queen" to just any uke/bottom she met, she used that to specifically describe Siyeon, the uke in this manhwa only, and if you still think that's unacceptable just because Siyeon is a guy and queen is a title for a woman, then I think you're too fixed on gender role while language can be much more flexible than that, like i can call a girl "handsome" or a boy "pretty" if i find those words fit them, and "queen" is just the right word for someone who is as beautiful, gorgeous, sassy and powerful... as Siyeon.
