What? xD I thought in the Omegaverse only the Omega Males can get pregnant. So why can one of the Alphas get pregnant and give Birth to a Baby? Or did I miss something?
It depends on which one you use. BeBoy is only the omegas can give birth in both genders. Others say that everyone can give birth.
Some omegaverse have it so anyone (m/f omegas, alphas, betas) can get preggo. Both men are Alphas and both considered giving birth. Guess it is more realistic in the sense that if 2 men want a biological child, both have the capacity of being the bio dad as both can donate sperm, just as with 2 women, both can have the capacity to be the bio mother as both are able as women to give birth. So the sex isn't what influences the decision but personal choice, health etc. As opposed to Alpha & Omega interpretations which often are a fucked up, sexist view of male & female dynamics.

One of the more obvious examples of more diversity is 'Kashikomarimashita destiny' it shows women x women, men x women (where the man gives birth) and one of the main couples is alpha x beta, and they have a child, with the alpha character being scared when he was raped that he would fall pregnant.
It's just nice to have an omegaverse that has a loving relationship and isn't just an excuse for authors to justify power imbalance and rape -cough love is an illusion-. It was also nice that it showed a bit more equality, they and both can give birth to a child as opposed to making one stuck being an 'omega uke'. And both men are actually called husband (not wife) shock horror!
