Your 'morals' are obscuring your ability to appreciate the subtleties of the humor in this series.
On the surface, this manga may strike some as very perverse. If you step back, remove your emotions, and look again. You'll find it only slightly ecchi. The MC is adequately playing his part as as the uselessly perverted 'boke' who is firmly kept in check by Oppaimaid-san's usually painful 'tsukkomi'.
It may seem like he's got it made as a 'loli himo', but part of the humor lies in his efforts to pursue this 'lifestyle' while not being allowed to be completely successful and comfortably enjoy it! The lolis themselves often being unwittingly responsible for this!
It's not over-the-top but in my opinion, it's still a gag-manga nonetheless. It just makes use of a trio of cute and precocious lolis, a doting but dangerous oppai maid, and a MC perfectly designed to be despised, abused, and laughed at!
You can be assured that he will never be romantically successful with either the lolis or the maid. A very small possibility may exist with his editor but I wouldn't build a ship for it.
Anyway, that was my long-winded attempt at saying that this is far from being a romcom, it's just a gag manga with a hook that will catch the passing loli-hunter. Then reel you in with some twisting, turning, and back-flipping humor! The artwork and character styles serve to cement your interest and leave you wondering what silliness and cuteness awaits you in the next chapter!
This is literally sexualising children, no matter how you look at it, it's natural to find it disgusting. But hey, seeing as you wrote a whole paragraph defending it (and call them loli's despite them being actual children), i don't think i'm gonna be able to change your mind.

NOT ONLY THAT but usually MCs in this type of manga/anime have certain redeeming personality traits/talents or qualities but this guy has NOTHING like he's an actual lazy ass he's been given all that stuff he should at least attempt to do something and get of his high horse, the whole concept is SO unoriginal and empty it makes me wanna cry and before you even say "don't like it don't read it'' am not even reading it but as an artist am so mesmerized at the quality of the art and certain details that I can't help myself from at least checking out some pages like for example touka has straight bangs right?, but after swimming her bangs got messed up by water instead of remaining the same which is a VERY SMALL detail but it's something lots of people fuck up also the design of the clothes I LOVE the leggings the lil cat girl wears, like look at this pic: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kyou_kara_ore_wa_loli_no_himo/mdx/mpn_chapter-1942521/pg-1/
