So this manga is about a uke that has a hard time talking to other people but he met the seme and the seme is trying to help the uke to talk others but one day the uke saw a book that shows how to help someone to talk to others at the seme's place but the uke that the seen hated how he talked and ran away (I think) but then the seme explained that he trying to help him because he wants the uke to say his name.
