Allow me to gush over something.

This is now my newest favorite manhwa!!!

It is known here as "hollow lovers" and I was skeptical at fist since the cover art didn't really pull me in and the summary I read was slightly inaccurate, but.... words really can't convey how hooked I became the minute I began reading! Once I started I seriously couldn't stop and I think I blew through $10 in my bank account just to get caught up on the whole thing in one afternoon!!

Anyway, because I want other people to experience the same joy that I have been blessed with this day, I will highlight some of my favorite things without spoilers.

1. I'm a sucker for the "jerk seme" trope- wherein the seme is kind of a dick, or has a rough side, but is not actually a dumpster fire of a human being.

2. The seme and the uke are both actually well developed and likable characters!!! they initially seem to follow some cliches but the further into the story you go, the more it becomes apparent that they are actually people with lives and aspirations.

3. Consent! Seme is adamant about his consent policy. I know this is important for a lot of people.

4. So hot! Seme and uke are both so hot!

5. Gay man vs straight man trope, not something I personally find myself drawn to often but the way it was handled here was very interesting.

6. The plot goes DEEP. The summary undersells it a lot. Once the drama unfolds everything goes right down the stairs.

7. (last but certainly not least) chemistry!! they fit together so well!! they feel like a pair you really want to root for!!

And I can't really say much else about it without spoiling but I promise it's worth the read!!
