I think she just wants to create suspense for the last time but in the end nothing much happens (like the arc with md where jiwon thought that he wanted dg)

I think there's some misunderstanding about what happened on chap 67, LIKE people do in every single chap. I have to applaud the energy.
We might not like the story, and how it unravels (understandable) but making wrong assumptions and trashing it from the raws without knowing what the context of their actions are is dishonest and stupid. Better wait for the official translations than makeup stuff (i see this a lot).
Now, moving on to what did happen in chap 67 (according to the Spanish transl I've seen). Some things mentioned in the comments below were almost accurate. So I've attempted to translate to English since I've learned Spanish.

Dg starts running towards Jiwon, and asks Jiwon if he waited for too long.
And then someone else runs behind Dg and catches/hug/hold him from behind.
Jaejin (It's the friend that took pictures) and says: "Nam Donggyun Hyung? Where are you going"
At this moment, there is some awkward silence and nobody's moving/ talking for a moment (hahahahahaha)
And Dg surprised turns his face back: "J-Jaejin....?"
In the following panel, Jiwon's staring at them with a blank expression, like hell turned cold or something
While angry, Jiwon thinks: "It is true....
This bastard......"
Well that's the end of chap 67
So we can say that there'll be drama. I don't know why but Jaejin kinda looked like he did that on purpose, like really, out of nowhere you decide to do that in front of Jiwon.
I am not, let me repeat, I am not justifying any future bad behaviour that Jiwon might show next week. But there's no way that Jaejin did that innocently, because I just wanted them to get to know each other better.
