What does GIURAMENTO means there?

I know its meaning in Italian, but I can't understand why he says "I'm sorry giuramento".

Same I was like those two don't fit together. Unless he said it like a promise so it won't happen again?

I think it was supposed to be "te lo giuro", which means "I swear (to you) ", but when dealing with foreign languages, especially Italian, words are often put with the literal translation, without checking if it actually makes sense of if it is the correct word in that contest
