Please help me find this manga

The manga was about a new student who gets a stomach ache and goes to the nurses. Another guy enters and spots him with a frown while sleeping and carrys him to someplace else? Underneath the stairs or smth.. I forgot. If u know what manga it is , I would appreciate it if you would tell me... cuz I've been trying to find it for so long...
