You have to recall that Yujin's pov was that Hyung was deeply in love with Hyun and using Yujin as a replacement until Hyun came back to him.
Hyung himself made Yujin believe this and did it to deliberately hurt Yujin to end their relationship.

I hate yujin almost as much as I hate hyun.
Yujin is so disgusting for blaming shiwoo for the abuse and continually trying to force shiwoo to open up. How yujin told shiwoo that he hated looking at his face literally right after shiwoo got beat half to death... dear god that boiled my blood. Shiwoo deserves so much more and it seems like the doctor is the only person with any fucking sense, i almost wish he'd get together with shiwoo.
