It works fine for me....
Try this:
1. Incognito mode, I like using firefox so I know the shortcut is: ctrl + shift + p
2. Check your firewall settings
3. Maybe your antivirus is blocking it
4. Update your java
5. Allow cookies
6. Depending on your country, it could be that you need a vpn
It happens to me too, on the drive in my phone :( but on the computer it works fine tho.... idk why
