well... I think the mangaka follows the idea of war mesengers, who would go and tell people from the castle right away... and knowing the 4 dragons, you can't imagine they killing even the soldiers that aren't trying to kill them ┗( T﹏T )┛
I still don‘t understand why the dragons didn‘t fight against the army of the kuelbo guy and help hak and co. to defeat them and kill kuelbo...not like the people around yona would know immediatly and they can go together to save yona... it just feels like they are just pushing the plot along
