That bothered me too, but he said something like he was falling for her because of her own individual personality, so it's ok.
Hope he does tell her of his own accord that she resembles his late wife.
The only part that disturbs me is the fact that it’s like he’s trying to replace his deseased wife with a woman with the same face and qualities. I hope he manages to tell her that one day
