Name of manga

Looking for this manga where the Uke is dumped and he begins to live with this guy he meets at work and always goes there. The new seme has black hair and won't sleep with the Uke unless the uke falls in love with him. The Uke wanted to sleep with the seme as thanks for letting him stay there. The last chapter I read has the ex coming back and asking the uke to get back together with him. Any ideas?
