So after posting this question I DEEPLY regretted it cuz I just felt really awkward about it but I am glad to know that it’s not that uncommon.
The same happens with me. When my periods first started I never had to suffer such a pain but for the past year and a half I’ve been having these really bad cramps in my butt as if I am going thru my period in both the places.
Either that, cramps, eye pain or head ache. Sometimes they hurt altogether but it can be eased by drinking paracetamols. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Mine lasts for 3 days too but it hurts REAL bad on the first half and the second day.
Yeah taking painkillers really does relieve the pain but I am just too lazy to take one so I just lie there moaning in agony until it’s over. But maybe I should really start taking them cuz I don’t know how longer I can take this pain.
If you had these pain when you're driving or at work, I'd rathr numb it (〜￣△￣)〜
Heey, You know, I bought a pillow with a liquid something on the inside, then you can charge it for about 10 minutes then it will be warm and toasty. I put it in my stomach area whenever I had my cramps, it feels hella good. It's like hot water bottle but rechargeable (⌒▽⌒)

Please forgive me for this is not a question related to mangas and it’s kinda personal but I am also curious if it happens to anyone else. So does anyone going through the “time of the month” get these awful cramps in the front but also at the back? I’ve asked about this to my friends and they all said that they’ve never felt something like that
