A brother (uke) visit his big brother at the hospital and meet with the brother's friend (the seme) and falling love with him. The (uke) misunderstand because he thinks the seme in love with his big brother and get heart broken. Actually the seme already know about the uke and the seme love the uke too. I forgot why the big brother get hospitalized, I think he pretend get an amnesia or try suicide because the seme rejected him. Sorry If I get the wrong story line or mix it with another manga.
