People were just crazy with the whole Twin-Brother taboo + Omegaverse = +++Taboo.
But they forget that this is a story were Towa was the one that helped the twins understand themselves better and say what they couldn't. Let's hope the baby is from the youngest (Seiji) not from the oldest (Aiji)

Excuse me, but what baby? I read your comment before starting reading the story and then I was expecting Towa to be pregnant at the end with the twins not knowing who the father was, but they still being ok with it because the three of them are family, but then got disappointed. Is there another extra which isn't here?
I don't think there a sequel. I was just blabbering since it's Omegaverse (normaly with or without babies). So in the end I just was imagining a sequel where there is a baby. Sorry if I made you confused
