No it wasn’t about amputation, that’s pretty extreme -he was complaining about the bruising. He wanted Shuu to leave at least few parts unbruised.
Seriously, no joke. I need those rapists castrated. But then they still have hands to do evil. So I need one of them hands amputated. But then they still have legs to do evil too. So I need one of them legs amputated. Why only one of each? Because then they would not need other humans to help them at least. But then they still can talk evil. So I guess ripping their tongues out should be fine.
