the manga is about 2 man who work together and both are called the most attractive in office. One of them puts a lot of work into his appearance to be attractive while the other one doesn't. The one that puts a lot of effort resents the other one and this is a scene I remember.
the one who puts in effort is going to be called 1 and the other one 2.
1 was in the library with 2, helping him find the books he needed for work and 2 said something and 1 said "this is why I hate you" and 1 then felt sorry and ran out of the room. that's all I remember
