Depends. I don't generally like when the uke is the really weak girlish type and the seme is all tough and big. But if both of them are on the same footing kinda thing then fine. There's one manga I really like (not complete) and I sorta wanna see them in love already...

It's just lazy you know? If I expect to read a story of two people falling in love of course I'm disappointed if one just gets assaulted prior to any feelings AND they magically like each other after for no reason.
If the author is willing to put serious effort into a rape trope for whatever reason, sure I'll read it and I might even like it. If you're trying to write fluff tho and you're so incompetent that you don't know any other way to get two people close unless it's forcefully raping them with no ripercussion then I don't care for your manga. That's an author that doesn't know how to write interesting set ups and is too lazy to develop anything. That's why in their heads rape results in feelings for the attacker. Bullshit
