Sadly, this is the one I kept on getting, but it's not it. It's always a good read when I get it, but still not the one i'm looking for. They never knew of each other prior to having their job meaning they were never childhood friends. There are no flashbacks, and there were no explicit sex scenes til one of the last chapters, i'm pretty sure.

Sadly again, no... the uke wasnt a pilot, (they were those people who manage the planes coming in and coming out... "radio person") only the seme was. So the uke never flew planes, only the seme. Thank you again though

sadly, no again... but thank you so much for trying to help me find it this whole time. It was apart of a compilation of stories, and I think the last story was about and uke (dark haired) and the seme (puppy-eyed light hair) and the seme was going to... leave his job? something along those lines. SO the uke was planning on having sexxxx with the seme, and blindfolds him, since he thought he was cute. It's the typical "office worker" yaoi manga cliche so a bit harder to pinpoint the exact manga... cliche as in, the uke is envious of the seme because the workplace people like him more, and the uke wants to be better than him. (they worked in as guys who manages the planes and a pilot i believe)... (so not flight attendents, they did NOT know each other prior to the job, the don't live at the airport, and they aren't training to become pilots) The scenario is, the uke (light haired dude) is a guy who regulates the flights of airplanes. And the seme is a pilot of one of the planes with a personality that is more "cool" (cliche seme alert!). I'm pretty sure the uke falls in love with the seme due to the seme being nice to him after a while, even though in the beginning the seme was a bit snarky with the uke and kind of bullied him.
