Do you know this manga?

It's a shoujo, the girl's able to fly, she live with her father, she's searching for someone while flying in the night sky. And there's this boy, he know the girl secret. And one day there's an agency trying to catch her to examine her power. After a while I dunno where this girl and her father go and leaving the boy alone, they do that for the girl's safety (I think?) but after three years she go back and meet the boy again
