I'm with you all the way. This was a beautiful story of the kind of love that happens to real life "damaged" people. Life isn't a fairy tale and not everyone gets to lead a charmed life. I always enjoy stories about characters who aren't perfect. It takes a much better writer to make the far-from-prince character likable and admirable. And Kazusa was far from a prince, but in the end he was both likable and admirable. It actually kind of irks me that a lot of readers dislike characters with flaws. As if we all don't have plenty of our own. LOL
"I wish the uke ended up with his brother", "I'm glad the uke ended up with his rapist" they say, but here I am, so happy because the uke accepted the seme's past and still loved him.
I'm just gonna say that there is one person you will love so much for so long, but there is also one person you will love A LOT, but you will only realize it when certain things happen.
