I like how Tani's point of view and childhood anecdotes flow with the story, it's rare for a manga to show how gay people growing up was like without getting melodramatic. I particularly like Tani's fixation with his cousin's doll he wasn't allowed to play with, it felt like an actual gay person's personal experience growing up.
So far, the uke is a mystery. I just hope this manga doesn't turn for the worse. This manga is a mood.
