Hahaha you won't probably get sick from something like that 'easily', i guess? Coz it would have to go through your stomach and...you know what I mean. All i remember from a "birds and the bees" talk I've had with a cool aunt is that it's not recommended to do an ass to vagina kind of sex (unprotected) coz your vagina can actually get infected especially if your anal cavity is not that clean. (I am assuming that whoever gets to read my comment is an adult - if you're underage, DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME. Or at least use protection and change condoms when changing holes).
