As much as it is endearing that the king wants elise to be the queen, his way of doing it pisses me off. What gives him the right ro cripple an amazing doctor-to-be just because she seems to be an amazing queen-to-be? Seriously, being queen is just a title but does nothing (well unless in this story she can be given the power to speak in court and control the troops)
Here's the thing in the first timeline she still became Empress under his order. She was immature and "evil" and was still made Empress. So this King don't know shit.
