I'm thinking that the reason they keep dying is because of her. Maybe she was an angel in love with Sam and was the one who told on them or even murdered them in the 1st life And as punishment for killing a fellow angel she would reincarnate as well or she still is an angel and always kill them. Either way I don't trust her(〜￣△￣)〜
