Even if it weren't for that shitty mistake, I reckoned they'd still broken up somewhere down the line imho. As others have pointed out, Seju was too possessive of Sumin due to her own insecurity - the signs were right there in their university days. It was only a matter of time before she would do something to upset Sumin, perhaps meddling too much in Sumin's business like her career and whoever she hangs out with.

Well.. i could not disagree. They both have grown toxic. They both failed to work things out with each other but maybe its meant to be coz theyre both meant for someone who can handle them. Seju is too much for a normal person to handle. She needs someone who can see thru all the bullsh!t and endure or somehow overcome such possessiveness or maybe can change without forcing it coz Seju is one hell of a Alpha-type.

Yup. Maybe that's where the new girl, Dowon comes in for the next side-story. Her profile does seem to suggest she would be the right fit for Seju - a former swimmer that eats a lot, meaning she could motivate Seju to have a healthier lifestyle. Unlike Sumin, I imagine she would be mentally stronger to emphasize and forgive any mistakes Seju would commit. Time will only tell if she'll end up being her new lover or just a friend. I'll still be satisfied with whichever outcomes.
Seju was always head over heels for Sumin. It was just one shi!tty mistake that destroyed their relationship... when sumin slept with another guy... Seju regretted it. She regretted it. Greatest mistake Seju ever have done. But her heart is for Sumin only even time has already passed.. even if sumin is dating another woman.. seju still hoping sumin will come back for their relationship. This new realesed chapters breaks my heart... what they had was pure.. innocent.. wonderful until they both have grown tired.. toxic.. and forgetful of all the happiness they shared becoz of that one mistake seju done.. cant blame sumin. She has every right to feel that way and became rebellious by sleeping with different types women just to intentionally hurt seju for what she did. Seju on the.other hand still remain hoping than sumin will forgive her.
