It seems to me this scenarion is popular nowadays. Actually it's the third shoujo about such love triangle. The first one was Ichinose Kyoudai wa Gaman Dekinai, the second was Niji, Amaete yo.
Edit: I wrote the previous comment without actually reading manga. I’ve read it now, and an say that’s not the same case as mangas I mentioned above. I strongly doubt that Misono likes Aiji romantically. And I’m almost sure that later we’ll see the most classical love triangle because Misono will see that Andou is actually a very nice girl and fall for her... ahh, really, we’ve seen it so many times before, it’s getting annoying.
