im in usa and i want to say no.but subordinates like bus drivers arent checked as thoroughly.even having to register as one doesnt always show.
this is japan though.who knows what there laws are.also i get confused with these mangas.theyll show someone suing another person for reasons that i think here in the usa would be thrown out.he was sued right?is everyone sued considered a criminal?so they do jail time if they pay what theyre being sued for?

Japan's age of consent is much lower. Perhaps having sex offenders around children isn't as much of a taboo over there.
Would a school hire a sex offender?
