Lmao yeah, its kinda funny when something turns out to have a gay couple and the ppl that hate that stuff go crazy haha, but ya know I've never even thought abt the Kanda x Allen ship, I've always shipped always thought abt Road and Allen (cuz Lenalee is not for me haha). But as much as I shipped Kanda and Alma, Kanda deserves someone, so I would get on that ship if he was with Allen haha
Haha. Yeah right. I'm really not into that stuff before but when I watched and read a BL Genre I found it very adorable haha.
Cause Allen x Kanda would really be a very cute couple. Just remembering how fateful their first meeting was, it was really epic. (▰˘◡˘▰) They were both tsundere to each other. But through thick and thin, better or worse they still chose to be with each other. And now, they're really getting much closer. They're strengthening their bonds. HAHA. It's like arguing and fighting are their normal conversations. ( I hope the author would let Allen grows longer. Coz it really looks great on him, so beautiful. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ )
And to think that I'm not the only one that shipping Allen to Road, I'm really glad. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ I really thought that Lenalee wasn't meant to be paired with Allen.

Well, of course it's Allen, the real one. Coz whenever they were together, Allen can't help himself to express his real personality as Red ( Allen's real name ) before he met Mana and before Mana died. The real personality of Allen Walker was a Tsundere, just like Kanda. So whenever Kanda and Allen were together, they were always being a tsundere to each other. It's as if, Arguing and Fighting were just their normal conversations. HAHA Lol. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

If you read the story carefully and look at the character development and clues, you'll know that Kanda and Allen is OTP.
CLUES:
First and foremost, Black and White pairing. The Black and White pairing has existed since the Yin and Yang age. And it is obvious who is totally black and who is totally white in the story.
Secondly, Kanda is the first major character that Allen met out of the three including Lenalee and Rabi. And we all know that the first girl is end girl. But in this story, it's first hubby is end hubby.
Thirdly, the Hate/Hate relationship. Anyone who read shoujo manga knows that the character who butt heads with the MC the most is usually end hubby. They even have nicknames for each other. Moyashi and Bakanda!
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Like a lot of the people here have said, Allen shares a great deal of similarity to Kanda. They both were outcast by the Order. Allen himself is also a cynical person and a tsundere like Kanda. He and Kanda both lost someone they love. More importantly, they BOTH killed the person they love. Alma Karma is not OTP with Kanda. I repeat, he is NOT OTP with Kanda. He's only a cannon fodder to bring Kanda closer to Allen. That's why he died.
Then there is the case in which Allen always act like his real self around Kanda like some of you mention. Now, he's revealing his past to Kanda. The ship is OTP I tell you.
Allen is the Uke. If you look carefully at the story, it is not surprising to see why.

4.) Kanda wields a sword as a weapon. AND he use that weapon to penetrate Allen *wink *wink
I prefer that Allen was the uke. Kanda as the submissive one is really cute too, but I think Allen was much more better. but I wanna see Allen using his charms again to get what he wants.. just like what he did in the manga after the final arc in the anime and before the D.Gray - Man Hallow. That time when Kanda and Lavi turn into kids and Allen's hair grow longer, Allen really look so beautiful. <3 (▰˘◡˘▰)
If this manga turns into having a bishounen shounen ai or yaoi couple also, I don't know what would be the fans reaction. Like hell yeah, it is really great for someone like us who really love BL/Yaoi..
But I think the straight ones feel doomed or something. Whoah.. I hope whatever it turns out they still support this awesomely great Manga. And I hope the anime would continue.
On the other side... Well, to be honest, if Allen would be having a girl, for me it should be Road Camelot. I really ship them <3 No offense but I don't like Lenalee for Allen.
Just remembering Allen x Road ship in the anime it is really sailing. <3 You see, even though, Road always cling to Allen, he is really not mad at her doing it. It's feel like so natural with him having Road clinging around him. <3 Plus Road loves him not just because he has Nea within him but she also loves the real Allen. She loves first the real Allen before Road knows about Nea/The 14th that it is within him. <3
And if it becomes Kanda x Allen, I want to see how KAnda looks like when he is being jealous, possessive and territorial about Allen. Like what would be Kanda's reaction if he saw Road is clinging to Allen so much and kiss Allen in front of him?
