He sort of has to be

Anyone who still thinks Deku is too OP consider this:

All For One is an immortal monster that 100% has more quirks collected than One For All and will inevitably break out of jail and continue making even stronger nomu's and/or gather stronger villains

All For One is the definition of OP

Deku is going to have to learn to control all of the quirks, it's probably not going to be like wham bam thank you ma'm, there is going to be a learning curve to it like the super strength most likely

There could be more negative side effects/drawbacks because of all the different quirks considering how one of them basically breaks his bones from improper use.

Deku is a CHILD while the main villain is how old? He has years of experience that Deku has to make up for.

Not to mention Deku is going to have to keep his quirks on the down low. His first quirk is already very similar to All Might's and is drawing suspicious. Having 7 quirks? That's asking to be the center of attention- both good and bad. (I can't wait to see everyone's reactions to this new quirk tho... esp kachan's)

And not to mention... this is the story of how he becomes the GREATEST hero.

Kaachan is going to be piiiiissssed. Also, people complaining about Deku being OP aren't looking at the big picture like you are. Even with the added quirks (most which he does not know of) he still has to master them and gain more combat experience. He still isn't even on All Might's level. How the hell is a character OP when he can use only a small percentage of his power?

i agree with you and also there is a quirk singularity thing so i am pretty sure deku will suffer a lot because of this much power and btw main villain is shigaraki, not afo :)

For now, but in the long run AFO is still the big issue. Unless he gives his immortal quirk to Shigaraki (unlikely), he is very likely to comeback in a future arc when Deku as at high enough level to fight back for character development. Or there could be another quirk AFO finds that would pass down his power to shigaraki (though I don't think shigaraki is mature enough for it). Wouldn't that be a plot twist.

Plus the recent chapter showed Deku struggling and feeling the negative effects of the new quirk which seem similar to his super power effects- aka numb/broken limbs.
