If you like romcom series, try out The Lady and Her Butler. The female lead in this series survived an extremely traumatic childhood and grew into a woman who's completely independent. She has no interest in romance at the beginning of the series, and has been living on her own for years. She's looked up to by many people at her job, and in her regular life. She also gets a lot of character development in the series, and is just generally one of the most well written characters I've seen in a webtoon.
