I‘m pretty sure that is Satan because I looked back and he looks exactly like the nurse.
I don't think that he looks like Satan I think he is Satan.
Did anyone not think that the doctor looks like Satan with glasses? I mean that brooch in his hair obviously belongs to the demons.
