    This looks like something by Chitose Piyoko sensei. The art style, I mean. I'm not really into her work so you would have to search for yourself to see whether she drawn any arabian/sheikh style mangas.

    Definitely Chitose Piyoko, has it in really tiny letters on the bottom, so good eye for recognizing the art :)
