That´s just a guess, but he´s teamming up with people he lived a whole life with, he knows what they´re capable of and followed their growth as magicians. Plus, since he´s other than a strong magician himself, an analytic magician, he knows what works better for each person to understand how their type of magic works and then progress as a next tier magician.

I agree. So imagine a scientist, engineer, doctor, etc going back in time and helping people with groundbreaking discoveries. He's a magician.T hats his field of expertise. PLUS he knew them VERY well. He's just speeding up their progress. Results without the pain and struggle. Like how he was able to win in that chess match. He used his knowledge from many years of playing that guy in order to win in the very first match.

Am I missing something? Desir might come from the future and therefore be stronger than a lot of people, but how does he know all these things, for instance how does he know how to get to lvl three tier as a wind magician faster than normal? Where did he aquire that sort of information? Or is this something we get explained in the future? Or is it simply because he's the MC?
