I'm on the emperor's side on this one. Even if she doesn't like it, the mc is wasting her talent. Ik that she is insecure about not performing properly despite her amazing memory, thus disappointing others. However, she still has the potential to do amazingly on other jobs. I'm glad that the emperor is giving her this opportunity to learn how to properly make use of her ability. Although, I wouldn't like it if her or the emperor relied on her memory too much.

I can agree that being forced would feel terrible, and it's understandable that people would hate being forced either, but it usually depends on the situation. In this case, this is sort of 'a blessing in disguise'? She is being forced so it may feel like ur trapped, but it would be really good for her future, so it's a good thing.
Umm, from what I see, I guess it's similar to a person being forced to enter cram school; it may be unnecessary and troublesome, but if u do it properly, it could really help ur education and future. Hopefully that makes sense.

Also, it's alright, my grammar isn't the best either; besides, it was understandable, so no worries.

i do think someone should give her a wake up call too. too much potential to be buried by some idiots peer pressure. sure she can't be everything, but she can do much more.
but the guy should have been smarter. you don't throw a commoner, insure girl, against her choices, without preparation, in a school one week before exams. she needs support, and not a nightmare. you don't put her there without giving her some time. at least give her some weeks and put someone you trust to teach her a few things. give the basic literature one would have need to know (make her read some damn books before going and learning more). teach her some common sense about the position she would be in. then you throw her away in the school so she can get hand on practice and sharp her mind. if he wants her to succeed you don't make her traumatized. that is kind lacking vision. i am with him, with her talents she can do great. but such talents should at least deserve some of his time or one of his subordinates. you don't find a jewel like that and put it in the sewers -_- to be forever tinted (even more).

*sigh* I agree, she even said that despite having her ability, she's the type that needs to practice... the emperor really made a terrible move on this one :<
