By saying the author shouldn't have reacted that way, you are attempting to shame and control how someone reacts. It wasn't a misunderstanding, that person shouldn't have defended illegal sites to the directly to the author, that's so disrespectful to the author. And by defending those who were blocked, you made it look like you also think there are benefits to illegal sites (regardless of what you actually think). Reading your post, there's no way you're an adult, and if you are, I don't think you've had much life experience. Blocking is the most effective way of ignoring someone (it's like ghosting in real life, and ghosting can be hurtful, but it's not inherently wrong). Her twitter is her twitter, she can do whatever she wants - don't act as if you're doing people here a favor by defending those blocked users, you're just making us all look like idiots (just like that first person who was blocked did). Can you point out who you're talking about? Your first post makes it sound like you're only talking about the person who defended illegal sites. If not, then you should provide context. Those people probably defended the original person who was blocked, hence they deserved to get blocked.
