As a guy I wouldn't agree more, and it's hard to believe some women defending it saying it's just porn fiction. The only excuse that I can think of (for them) is that many of the readers in this site are really young and they don't understand what they are talking about?! Thanks for putting it in a nice way.

Whether it's porn fiction or not, reading a good fiction even porn is better than reading some poor written plot. And today, there are just too many of these latters.

As a full fledged adult female I’m going to say I think most of us come for the romance, yes the other stuff is nice but, bl has a more of a sweep you off your feet love than most regular stories do. To assume that most the women are young is wrong. Yes this is a story trope that is over used but it sells so if you don’t enjoy this type of read then stop reading it.

Yeah, I saw Anonymous too. And I also read a comment by Arya stating how yaoi doesn't need to stay in the same place for the same demography. And now I read yours- " Even porn is better with a good plot" - and I go "Exactly". When young people are repeatedly exposed to crap under the guise of "romance", they do start believing things like "you belong to me, body and soul" kind of dialogue as romantic. And I think it's perfectly alright to say what you think of a story as long as you don't insult people or call them names or use bad language right. I don't know why people keep using this argument- "don't like it, then don't read it". All types of art and literature receives criticism. Kindly grow up and learn to accept it. If you know sites like Mangago, you sould know that many of the readers here are underage females, and most of the ones who like this kind of story are very young readers.
Yeah, we often see the "Don't like? Don't read!" It's easy to say, but it's impossible.
Those yaoi are uploaded to be read, and to be read at the fullest if possible to really know what tells the story. But the truth is, those who state that want to say "Don't judge". Here also, it's just impossible. If they don't want for the readers to judge the content, they have to shut down those readings from the site (which is not possible either).
And you're right, we all have different opinions; we can share different points of view but the best is to state our opinion with arguments and be respectful. Infortunately...
Nowadays, I think many things suck, honestly... more than ever. Internet which is an open door to the best and worse exposes extreme porn and violence of all kinds, in parallele, it's more difficult also to say our opinion to the younger generations...

yh, I'm a girl n even though I read fluffy stuff sometimes this one kinda felt waaay more shoujo than yaoi...though maybe that's cuz I read too much yaoi's dealing with more serious plots even when it's omegaverse

This manga wants to be "original", but it takes it too far... Omegaverse, girlish Uke, slutty and "feminist" Uke..., it accumulates all these terrible clichés for a yaoi.
That Uke reminds me of many porn actresses that think they'll "dominate" the men by dominating them in sex, and they're doing it in the sex industry that basically exploites women and girls (and humans in general). Because, in their mind, since they can't do it in real life, they'll doing it through hardcore sex and make the men addicted to their body and sex-appeal.
What they seem to forget is that they just give themselves more and willingly to that corrupted universe; degrading themselves even more, while there are other means to obtain justice and "domination" as a woman.
Women and here, Omegas, are already treated as sex objects and exploited in prostitution when they can be, like if they're not capable to do intellectual works.
There, what an Omega should do is to prove that he's more than just a sex toy, a human flesh or prostitute used for his body; that he has a brain and is capable to use his intellectual qualities for work and can reach a superior social standard by doing honest jobs. Instead, he just proves that he's very competent in... using his body, Lol ! This is pathetic.
